This professional development event, sponsored by the NYCDOE in collaboration with NYSED, the New York City RSSC, and NYCC, informed New York City Parent Coordinators, Directors of Parent Support, Regional School Leadership Team Coordinators, and Parent Support Officers about relevant Title I and NCLB provisions. Participants learned about topics such as SES, standards, assessment, and accountability, public school choice, and NCLB parent notification requirements.
